Job Description
- Utilize in house software to compress intra-operative medical image and video clip according to a clinical protocol.
- Provide technical support when necessary to clinics.
- Create case report for each surgical case.
- Acquire data from clinical site to analyze data quality.
- Verify surgical image and video quality during and post-surgical cases.
- Responsible to identify when data quality is not met according to protocol standard.
- Provide immediate feedback to internal team when data quality is not met so that mitigation can be implemented.
- Travel to clinical sites 50% when on-site support is needed.
- Collaborate with team members to trouble shoot issues related to data quality
- Data organization and archival, focused on image and media files
- May support other areas of clinical development when required
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree; or 1-3 years of related experience within a clinical setting
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time to support vendors during clinical trial.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy
- Excellent attention to detail and great team player
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Video Players (ie VLC and Adobe Pro)
- Experience working in a GDP environment, and any clinical trial experience, is a plus
